This is a shot tutorial abut increasing PHPMyAdmin MySQL database upload limit. You may notice that you can’t upload or import the large database in panel after even increasing the php.ini file post_max_size, upload_max_filesize, memory_limit.
Here is what you can do in your WHM to increase the file upload limit:

Go to the Tweak settings in your WHM
Find the “cPanel PHP Max upload size” change it according to your needs
Find the “cPanel PHP Max POST size” change it according to your needs
Save changes.
Go back to your phpMyadmin and check the value. It should be changed and you are able to upload the database now.
